ABC’s of Geography
World Geography 2nd Semester Project Due Date: June 3
Objective: You have been tasked with creating a children’s ABC’s book of geography. Use terms and places we studied this year.
Your book will have the following:
1. A creative cover that grabs the reader’s attention with all the basic components of a book.
2. Table of contents
3. 26 pages, all letters must be used, “x” can be in the word. Each page must include the following:
a. the word
b. picture to represent the word
c. page number
d. brief description of the word…remember this is a children’s book.
4. A significant percentage of your grade will be based on neatness, creativity and effort!!!!
Grade will be based as follows:
1. Cover page: 15 points
2. Table of contents: 5 points
3. Each page 2 points 52 points
4. Neatness: 10 points
5. Creativity: 10 points
6. Effort (on time!) 8 points
