European Holiday Project
You will be assigned a European nation to study and report on at least two significant holidays.
You must have the following information in the written portion: (minimum 2 typed pages and cite all sources)
- Country
- Name and date of holiday
- Origins of holiday with a brief history
- Elaboration of celebration….any special food, clothing, ceremonies
- Any connections to holidays in the US
You will be presenting! Presentation can include poster board or ppt. Be sure to have visuals!!!! You must submit written portion separate. Feel free to include anything of interest.
